A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Getting in shape and losing weight is not meant to be a torturous endeavor full of extreme methods. The fitness industry has sadly been saturated by promises of quick "fixes" by following strict rules that hardly anyone can actually stick to and certainly not adhere to for long periods of time.


My goal is to break this cycle by creating individualized plans that are science-backed and help you achieve your specific goal. Not only this, but understanding that it goes beyond a one hour gym session because arguably what you do the other twenty-three hours of the day are more important.

I myself have fallen into the trap of yo-yo dieting but knew there had to be a better way. I had to break the cycle of going from extreme rules to binging to guilt. Due to my love of the human body I pursued a BSME with a bio-engineering concentration and an MSME with a bio-mechanics concentration. In 2018, I decided to become a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In 2020 I took my re-certification credits in nutrition to better be able to help my clients. I launched Fitness XD in order to help more people all over the world on a one-on-one basis.

I am currently based out of Paris, France. I speak fluent Spanish and English, and learning French.  I am accepting clients world-wide at the moment for online training and nutrition services.
