My fitness passion is to work with people individually to help them achieve their goals by addressing muscle imbalances and help them gain strength through a systematic, science back fitness model.
Personal fitness training is not within the scope of everyone's budget. However, we all deserve a well written fitness program we can trust in order to progress and achieve our goals. Not random workouts thrown together that combine 10 exercises into 1 to "burn more in a shorter amount of time", only jumping/plyometric based (I promise to never add burpees into my programs), and/or do not include rest days. Therefore I decided to launch this monthly workout subscription!
Every month will have a different focus and we are starting September off with stabilization.
The programs are written as 3 workouts per week with an optional 4th day. There is a suggested workout schedule provided with the instructions, modifications on what to do when you only have time for 2 workouts per week, and how you can add other activities that you love to do (running, biking, yoga, etc.) if you would like to continue to do them.
This is a strength training program that can be done at home with minimal equipment or at the gym.
Every month will have video and written instructions on how to complete the 4 weeks of training and comprehensive walk through of each workout day.

*The September workouts do assume that you own at least a set of resistance bands. Here are the ones recommended for purchase, if you do not own any yet:

With the purchase of this subscription you will gain access to a private Facebook group for my clients to be able to check in, ask questions, or upload a video of yourself if you have questions on form.

Here is an outlook on the tentative schedule for the remainder of 2020:
September is a stabilization focus, with total body workouts.
October will be a strength endurance focus with total body workouts.
November will be a squat, chest, and tricep focus month with lower body, upper body and full body day splits.
December will be a glutes, hamstrings, back, and bicep focus month.
Every month will be different and you can join at any point!
